We are proud to announce the grand opening of Mountain Valley Zoological Park and Gardens! We have applied for our (501) (c)(3) to become a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and research of plants and animals located in the Spokane Valley. That means that in addition to having a great time, you are supporting a good cause whenever you visit the Zoological Park!
With over 100 species on our 30 acre property, we offer a unique opportunity for families, school groups, day cares, and children of all ages to have fun in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Zoological Park & Gardens provides an affordable, family-friendly way to spend an afternoon together. It is not only fun, but can be educational too, as children can learn about the different plants and animals and see how they are cared for. We also provide drinks, healthy treats, and even picnic lunches for a fully-catered outing that will delight everyone.
Mountain Valley Zoological Park and Gardens is home to dozens of wonderful animals, including a large variety of birds that include many different breeds of chicken, goose, duck, turkey, as well as more exotic species like emus, guineas, pheasants, and peacocks; adorable fainting and Nubian goats; beautiful Icelandic horses; four types of sheep; yaks; and much more. There are many rare and endangered breeds, and there is much to see and learn. The opportunities are endless, guaranteeing a memorable adventure that is both fun and enriching for the entire family.
Mountain Valley Zoological Park & Gardens is open 7 days a week year-round for your convenience—drop by and see us soon.
